A wideband tunable electrochromic device with dynamic thermal emissivity control is demonstrated. The system enables adaptive heat regulation via electrochemically modulated silver deposition, achieving efficient cooling and heating states. The flexible design ensures mechanical robustness under bending conditions, making it promising for portable and ...

Evidence of Positive Selection of Aquaporins Genes from Pontoporia blainvillei during the Evolutionary Process of Cetaceans. [PDF]
BACKGROUND:Marine mammals are well adapted to their hyperosmotic environment. Several morphological and physiological adaptations for water conservation and salt excretion are known to be present in cetaceans, being responsible for regulating salt ...

Graphically balanced equilibria and stationary measures of reaction networks [PDF]
The graph-related symmetries of a reaction network give rise to certain special equilibria (such as complex balanced equilibria) in deterministic models of dynamics of the reaction network. Correspondingly, in the stochastic setting, when modeled as a continuous-time Markov chain, these symmetries give rise to certain special stationary measures ...

Balanced Modulation for Nonvolatile Memories [PDF]
This paper presents a practical writing/reading scheme in nonvolatile memories, called balanced modulation, for minimizing the asymmetric component of errors. The main idea is to encode data using a balanced error-correcting code. When reading information from a block, it adjusts the reading threshold such that the resulting word is also balanced or ...

Print‐and‐Plate Architected Electrodes for Electrochemical Transformations Under Flow
Typical flow cell electrodes are composed of stochastic porous carbon, limiting understanding of electrode structure‐performance relationships. This work describes an approach, termed “print‐and‐plate,” to prepare porous electrodes by direct ink writing followed by conformal metal coating.

Supplementary balance laws and the entropy principle [PDF]
In this work we study the mathematical aspects of the development in the continuum thermodynamics known as the "Entropy Principle". It started with the pioneering works of B.Coleman, W.Noll and I. Muller in 60th of XX cent. and got its further development mostly in the works of G. Boillat, I-Shis Liu and T.Ruggeri.

The non‐fullerene acceptor o‐IDT‐BT‐DCV is used in both binary and ternary blends to investigate the role that it plays in each device architecture. The charge generation pathways are found to differ between the binary and ternary blends with o‐IDT‐BT‐DCV becoming a second donor in the ternary blend.

Electric Pulse Regulated MXene Based Nanozymes for Integrative Bioelectricity Immuno‐Cancer Therapy
MXenzyme‐mediated bioelectricity cancer therapy (MXenzyme‐BECT) enhances cancer cell death through irreversible depolarization, ion channel disruption, ROS generation, and immunogenic cell death. Computational simulations reveal the electrical mechanisms by which MXenzyme acts on single cells and support to predict treatment parameters. Next‐generation
