A Bone Marrow–Mimetic Hydrogel Enables Dual‐Phase Hemostasis and Vascularized Osteogenesis for Cranial Defects

A biomimetic, fiber‐reinforced hydrogel (FE‐PDA@Fib/Gel‐TG) that enables dual‐phase cranial defect repair. The system provides: instant hemostasis in the early stage, and sustained co‐delivery of pro‐angiogenic and osteogenic signals for synergistic vascularized bone regeneration.

A Piezo‐Mimetic Ionic Hydrogel Harnessing Joint Motion for Cartilage Repair

A piezo‐mimetic ionic hydrogel converts mechanical deformation into bioactive ionic currents via stress‐induced asymmetric ion migration. Coupled with sustained Mg2+ release, this mechano‐electrochemical platform bridges mechanical loading and cellular signaling, enabling load‐adaptive stimulation and enhanced cartilage regeneration. Mechanism‐Informed Machine Learning Enables Discovery of Oncolytic Peptides for Cancer Immunotherapy

MISPOP integrates ensemble learning with membrane‐active physicochemical priors to identify Dermaseptin‐S9, a natural oncolytic peptide that disrupts tumor membranes, triggers immunogenic cell death, and shows strong antitumor activity. The study illustrates a mechanism‐informed route from peptide sequence data to cancer immunotherapy leads.
