DataSheet_1_Transcription Factor CsWIN1 Regulates Pericarp Wax Biosynthesis in Cucumber Grafted on Pumpkin.xlsx

open access: yes, 2019
Pericarp wax of cucumber is an important economic trait, determining sales and marketing. Grafting of cucumber onto pumpkin rootstock (Cucurbita moschata) is an effective way to produce glossy cucumber fruits.

High‐Density E. Coli Cultivation Arrays for Combinatorial Drug Testing With Subsequent Lipid Profiling by MALDI‐MS

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
High‐throughput antibiotic cross‐gradient assays on microdroplet arrays. A multichannel printhead together with five pressure regulators forms droplet arrays of up to 20 832 droplets within 25 minutes. Each droplet contains unique concentrations of antibiotics, allowing to moniture a vast spectrum of bacterial repsonses over night. The bacterial growth

O‐GlcNAcylation Regulation of SNAP29‐Dependent Autophagy Activation Dictates Chemoresistance in Gastric Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Model illustrating the proposed mechanism by which chemotherapy‐induced downregulation of OGT disrupts SNAP29 O‐GlcNAcylation, promoting STX17‐SNAP29‐VAMP8 SNARE complex assembly and protective autophagy, leading to chemoresistance, which in turn establishes a feedforward loop to perpetuate drug tolerance.

Investigating the regulatory mechanisms of cuticular wax biosynthesis in Arabidopsis thaliana

open access: yes, 2018
As an integral part of plant cuticle, cuticular wax covers the primary aerial organs of plants and provides protection against desiccation and environmental stresses. It has been shown that cuticular wax biosynthesis is synchronized with the surface area

Unraveling the Formation Mechanism of Wax Powder on Broccoli Curds: An Integrated Physiological, Transcriptomic and Targeted Metabolomic Approach

open access: yesHorticulturae
As a vital appearance quality trait of broccoli, curd-surface wax powder not only affects its commercial value but also plays a key role in plant resistance to abiotic stresses. However, its formation mechanism remains unclear. Using low-wax variety CK (‘

Integrated Single‐Nucleus Multi‐Omics Atlases Reveal Lineage Plasticity and Regulatory Networks of Luminal Epithelial Cells During Mammary Gland Lactation and Involution

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study integrates single‐cell multi‐omics, spatial transcriptomics, and cross‐species comparative analyses to systematically characterize the cellular composition and differentiation trajectories of goat mammary epithelial cells, along with the gene regulatory networks and intercellular communication mechanisms governing these trajectories, thereby

BrWax1 function in wax biosynthesis was verified by allelic mutations in Chinese cabbage

open access: yesHorticultural Plant Journal
The primary function of cuticular wax is to prevent non-stomatal water loss, while the wax deficiency conferring a glossy appearance on plants is conductive to crop commodity qualities. We previously mapped a wax-deficient gene BrWax1 in a natural mutant

Super‐Multiplexed Label‐Free Raman Imaging Uncovers Novel Testicular Metabolic Couplings for Residual Body and Spermatogonial Differentiation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Super‐multiplexed Label‐free Raman Imaging (SLRI) enables 2D/3D metabolic mapping of intact Drosophila testes. Moving beyond descriptive morphology, it establishes a multidimensional tool for tissue metabolic remodeling, and offers a generalizable platform for complex tissue analysis, with implications extending to development and disease. ABSTRACT The
