Noncommutativity and the weak cosmic censorship
We show that a noncommutative massless scalar probe can dress a naked singularity in AdS3 spacetime, consistent with the weak cosmic censorship. The dressing occurs at high energies, which is typical at the Planck scale.

A mathematical model for the use of energy resources: a singular parabolic equation
We consider a singular parabolic equation, for , arising in symmetric boundary layer flows. Here is a bounded domain with C2 boundary is bounded, and T > 0 is some fixed time.

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Gravitational Collapse and Singularity Removal in Rastall Theory
In the present work, we study spherically symmetric gravitational collapse of a homogeneous fluid in the framework of Rastall gravity. Considering a nonlinear equation of state (EoS) for the fluid profiles, we search for a class of nonsingular collapse ...

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Null weak singularities in plane-symmetric space-times [PDF]
We construct a new class of plane-symmetric solutions possessing a curvature singularity which is null and weak, like the spacetime singularity at the Cauchy horizon of spinning (or charged) black holes. We then analyse the stability of this singularity using a rigorous non-perturbative method.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Anisotropic singularity of solutions to elliptic equations in a measure framework
In this article we study the weak solutions of elliptic equation $$\displaylines{ -\Delta u=2\frac{\partial \delta_0}{\partial \nu }\quad \text{in }\Omega,\cr u=0\quad \text{on }\partial\Omega, }$$ where $\Omega$ is an open bounded $C^2$ domain ...

Gravitational perfect fluid collapse in Gauss–Bonnet gravity
The Einstein Gauss–Bonnet theory of gravity is the low-energy limit of heterotic super-symmetric string theory. This paper deals with gravitational collapse of a perfect fluid in Einstein–Gauss–Bonnet gravity by considering the Lemaitre–Tolman–Bondi ...
