Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.

Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

The Poisson equation from non-local to local
We analyze the limiting behavior as $s\to 1^-$ of the solution to the fractional Poisson equation $(-\Delta)^s{u_s}=f_s$, $x\in\Omega$ with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions $u_s\equiv 0$, $x\in\Omega^c$. We show that $\lim_{s\to 1^-} u_s =u$,

Determining Projections and Functionals for Weak Solutions of the Navier-Stokes Equations
In this paper we prove that an operator which projects weak solutions of the two- or three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations onto a finite-dimensional space is determining if it annihilates the difference of two "nearby" weak solutions asymptotically ...

In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Meta‐transcriptome analysis identified FGF19 as a peptide enteroendocrine hormone associated with colorectal cancer prognosis. In vivo xenograft models showed release of FGF19 into the blood at levels that correlated with tumor volumes. Tumoral‐FGF19 altered murine liver metabolism through FGFR4, thereby reducing bile acid synthesis and increasing ...

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Weak solutions for an initial–boundary Q-tensor problem related to liquid crystals
The coupled Navier–Stokes and Q-tensor system is considered in a bounded three-dimensional domain under homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions for the velocity u and either nonhomogeneous Dirichlet or homogeneous Neumann boundary conditions for the ...

Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

Regularity for solutions to the Navier-Stokes equations with one velocity component regular
In this paper, we establish a regularity criterion for solutions to the Navier-stokes equations, which is only related to one component of the velocity field. Let $(u, p)$ be a weak solution to the Navier-Stokes equations.
