Simply connected topological spaces of weighted composition operators

Li–Yorke chaotic weighted composition operators

We establish complete characterizations of the notion of Li-Yorke chaos for weighted composition operators on $C_0(X)$ spaces and on $L^p(μ)$ spaces. Reduced vascular leakage correlates with breast carcinoma T regulatory cell infiltration but not with metastatic propensity

Detection of circulating tumor DNA in colorectal cancer patients using a methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex

We developed a cost‐effective methylation‐specific droplet digital PCR multiplex assay containing tissue‐conserved and tumor‐specific methylation markers. The assay can detect circulating tumor DNA with high accuracy in patients with localized and metastatic colorectal cancer.

PARP inhibition and pharmacological ascorbate demonstrate synergy in castration‐resistant prostate cancer

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.
