Organic Spring Wheat Weed Control Strategies Report [PDF]
Many organic cereal grain growers struggle with weed issues, especially in spring wheat. Weed competition is one of the major issues in spring wheat due to many factors.

Single‐Cell Profiling: Any Scale, Any Size, All at Once
Traditional single‐cell technologies are constrained by cellular dimension and throughput scale, in addition to its inability preserve spatial information. With recent innovations, these technologies now allow high throughput, large‐sized cell, and multi‐modal profiling of patient samples, overcoming these limitations.

The Effects of Topdressing Organic Nitrogen on Hard Red Winter Wheat [PDF]
The demand for local organic food is steadily increasing throughout Vermont and New England. Consumers are asking for bread baked with locally grown wheat; however, bakers have been slow to incorporate local wheat flour because of the challenges ...

The lamina joint determines leaf angle and plant architecture. Xu et al. establish a live‐imaging system for the rice lamina joint and reveal that asymmetric epidermal cell elongation and division between the lateral and medial edges drive leaf angle formation.

This study develops a 3D co‐culture and co‐differentiation system for porcine muscle stem cells (pMuSCs) and mesenchymal stem cells (pMSCs) on edible starch‐based scaffolds. The system simultaneously generates myotubes and adipocytes without using serum or chemical inducers.

Elasticities for U.S. Wheat Food Use by Class [PDF]
We conceptualize wheat for food use as an input into flour production and derive demand functions to quantify price responsiveness and economic substitutability across wheat classes.

TRIM40 Drives Pathological Cardiac Hypertrophy and Heart Failure via Ubiquitination of PKN2
This study identifies the E3 ligase TRIM40 as a key driver of pathological cardiac hypertrophy. TRIM40 binds PKN2 via its B‐box domain and, through its C29‐dependent catalytic activity, mediates K63‐linked ubiquitination of PKN2. This modification enhances PKN2 phosphorylation at Ser815, thereby driving hypertrophy.

A Statistical Mechanics Model to Decode Tissue Crosstalk During Graft Formation
We introduce a statistical mechanics framework to decode the genomic crosstalk governing plant grafting. By integrating evolutionary game theory with transcriptomics, we reconstruct idopNetworks (informative, dynamic, omnidirectional, and personalized networks) that map scion–rootstock interactions.
