Asymptotically Lacunary Statistical Equivalence of Double Sequences of Sets

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica, 2016
The concepts of Wijsman asymptotically equivalence, Wijsman asymptotically statistically equivalence, Wijsman asymptotically lacunary equivalence and Wijsman asymptotically lacunary statistical equivalence for sequences of sets were studied by Ulusu and ...

Asymptotically I-Cesaro equivalence of sequences of sets

open access: yesUniversal Journal of Mathematics and Applications, 2018
In this paper, we defined concepts of asymptotically $\mathcal{I}$-Cesaro equivalence and investigate the relationships between the concepts of asymptotically strongly $\mathcal{I}$-Cesaro equivalence, asymptotically strongly $\mathcal{I}$-lacunary ...

Individual‐Based Models Reveal Population Recovery and Impacts of Woodland Creation on Pine Martens (Martes martes) in Britain

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 16, Issue 8, August 2026.
We used a calibrated individual‐based model to explore the reintroduction of pine martens to Britain and whether woodland creation can be targeted to improve pine marten dispersal. We find that the reintroduction programme is successful into the near future, even if it does not appear to form a single unified population.

Wijsman lacunary invariant statistical convergence for triple sequences via Orlicz function [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Classical Analysis, 2020
Summary: In this paper, we generalized the Wijsman lacunary invariant statistical convergence of closed sets in metric space by introducing the Wijsman lacunary invariant statistical \(\tilde{\phi}\) convergence for the sets of triple sequences. We introduce the concepts of Wijsman invariant \(\tilde{\phi} \)-convergence, Wijsman invariant statistical \

Towards conceptual clarity in nature‐based solutions: Comparing academic definitions with practitioner perspectives

open access: yesEcological Solutions and Evidence, Volume 7, Issue 3, July–September 2026.
Nature‐based Solutions (NbS) are gaining prominence as strategies to tackle climate, biodiversity and social challenges, but remain conceptually ambiguous and often framed through economistic perspectives. By analysing academic literature and insights from the CLEVER Cities project, this study identifies four conceptual approaches (eco‐technocratic ...

Quantifying Mussel Losses From Fish Predation on New Zealand Greenshell Mussel (Perna canaliculus) Farms

open access: yesAquaculture, Fish and Fisheries, Volume 6, Issue 3, June 2026.
Fish predation causes significant Greenshell mussel losses in New Zealand. Experimental caging methods found losses due to predation up to 93% in juveniles (25 – 34 mm SL) over 67 days. However, the overall contribution of predation at other production stages remains unclear.

Multidisciplinary Strategies for Targeting Tumor Dormancy in Breast Cancer Therapeutics: Hallmarks, Mechanism, and Approaches

open access: yesiMetaMed, Volume 2, Issue 2, June 2026.
Clinical phases and classification of breast tumor dormancy. Tumor dormancy is described as the period after treatment until residual tumor cells become detectable as relapsing disease in clinic. During the period of clinical tumor dormancy, tumor mass dormancy and cellular dormancy may coexist.

On Wijsman Strongly I2 - Lacunary Convergence of Double Sequences in Neutrosophic Metric Spaces

open access: yesRatio Mathematica, 2023
The concept of Wijsman I2- Statistical Convergence (WI2StC), Wi[1]jsman I2 - Lacunary Statistical Convergence (WI2LStC), Wijsman Strongly I2 - Lacunary Convergence (WSI2LC) and Wijsman Strongly I2 - Cesaro Convergence (WSI2CeC) of double sequences in the Neutrosophic Metric Spaces (NMS) are examined in this paper.

On Wijsman ℐ2-Lacunary Statistical Convergence for Double Set Sequences

open access: yesFasciculi Mathematici, 2016
AbstractThe aim of present work is to present some inclusion relations between the concepts of Wijsman ℐ2–lacunary statistical convergence and Wijsman strongly ℐ2–lacunary convergence for double sequences of sets. Also we study the concepts of Wijsman ℐ2–statistical convergence, Wijsman ℐ2– lacunary statistical convergence double sequences of sets and ...

Student voice in educational change: Approaches to enhancing motivation within the classroom

open access: yesReview of Education, Volume 13, Issue 2, August 2025.
Abstract Student voice (SV), referring to the concept and practices of involving students in educational decisions, has been gaining popularity due to its promising effects on student need satisfaction and academic motivation. Definitions of SV approaches, their variety, and the benefits that various approaches have for students' need satisfaction and ...
