Monolithic 3D Nanoelectrode Arrays on CMOS Circuitry for Scalable, High‐Resolution Neural Recording
A CMOS‐integrated in vitro electrophysiology platform with 26,400 3D nanoelectrodes enables high‐resolution extracellular recordings with enhanced spatial sensitivity.
