Work, Workspace, and the Workspace Portal
2001The workspace portals aim to provide the knowledge worker with access to all the information they need. This paper identifies social and technological requirements that are required to make the technology inclusive rather than exclusive. In discussing these requirements problems are identified, issues explored and solutions are suggested.
