Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.Competing homotypic and heterotypic intermolecular interactions give rise to polymorphic structure–property dynamics in luminescent molecular crystals. Thermal and mechanical stimuli induce distinct phase‐transition pathways accompanied by pronounced photoluminescence changes.
