利用高频焊管机组生产直缝埋弧焊管新工艺具有生产效率高、原料成本低、焊缝安全可靠等优点。为了推动直缝埋弧焊管新工艺的工业应用,通过定性分析和焊接工艺评定确定新工艺的研究方案,实施铣边机和挤压辊等装备改造,通过理论计算和工艺试验确定钢管试制工艺参数,采用X形坡口、TBS成型、高频预焊、埋弧焊先外后内等工艺试制钢管,结果94%的钢管成品从外形尺寸到内部质量全面达到了油气管线钢管标准要求。直缝埋弧焊管新工艺经实践验证可行,为油气管线钢管采购提供了新的选择。

目的探讨CT跟踪对重症急性胰腺炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析重症急性胰腺炎22例。结果发病后4896小时就可以进行Balthazar CT分级。CT影像均有不同程度的胰腺肿大;部分病例有胰腺密度减低、低密度坏死灶和胰腺周围积液。CT跟踪证实了Balthazar CT分级随着病情变化而改变。结论CT跟踪和Balthazar CT分级可以作为监测胰腺及其周围结构改变的首选方法,也为手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎提供了最重要的依据。
