In dieser Arbeit wurde die Genregulation der Biosynthese des Kohlenhydratmetabolismus von Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris untersucht. Dazu wurden Kultivierungen, die den industriellen Produktionsverfahren ähnlich sind, in drei biologischen Replikaten in Bioreaktoren durchgeführt.
