XPS MultiQuant: multimodel XPS quantification software

Surface and Interface Analysis, 2004
Abstract A program for quantitative evaluation of x‐ray photoelectron spectra has been developed to serve as a practical tool for surface chemists. The program uses the ‘classic’ approach of quantification and requires as input the integrated intensities of the measured XPS lines.

FISA-XP

ACM SIGSOFT Software Engineering Notes, 2014
The steep rise in security threats has forced organizations to adopt sound security practices right from the development stage of any software project. With the rising popularity of lightweight, agile methodologies, this becomes more complicated. This paper proposes a framework, FISA-XP, which can be adopted for the development of a secure software ...

LaCoO3 Nanopowders by XPS

Surface Science Spectra, 2001
Mixed oxide materials belonging to the perovskite family (ABO3, LaCoO3) have come under intense scrutiny for their possible applications in different scientific and technological fields, such as heterogeneous catalysis, oxygen sensors, solid oxide fuel cells and magnetic media.

La0.6Sr0.4Fe0.6Co0.2Cu0.2O3-δ Powders by XPS

Surface Science Spectra, 2009
In recent years, the growing interest in hydrogen energy has caused particularly large demand for catalysts used in the production of hydrogen and hydrogen-containing gases by the conversion of natural hydrocarbons. Perovskite oxides having the general formula of ABO3, where B usually designates a transition metal cation surrounded by six oxygen ions ...

TiO2 by XPS

Surface Science Spectra, 1996
The surfaces of titanium oxide belong to the most-studied oxide systems in the surface science literature. This is in part because TiO2 surfaces and interfaces play a major role in several technological applications, e.g., as promoters in catalysis, as photocatalysts, and as gas sensors.

SnO2 by XPS

Surface Science Spectra, 1993
Tin and various tin compounds have wide utility in coatings, electronics, and catalysts, as well as having numerous biological applications. Distinguishing between different tin compounds on surfaces is an important aspect of research in many of these disciplines. In this work, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy has been used to obtain comparison spectra

AgO XPS Spectra

Surface Science Spectra, 1994
XPS data have been obtained from a pressed AgO powder sample obtained from AESAR. Obtaining high-quality XPS data from a single oxide state is difficult because multiple oxide states, hydroxides, and other contaminants are usually present. The AgO sample was annealed in vacuum at 100°C for 30 min to reduce the amounts of contaminants present.

Introducing Discipline to XP: Applying PRINCE2 on XP Projects

2008 3rd International Conference on Information and Communication Technologies: From Theory to Applications, 2008
Agile methods are increasingly gaining momentum, and more and more growing as the market standard for software development. However agile methods suffer from the lack of disciplined planning. We will try in this paper to see the effect of introducing disciplined project management methodology on the flexibility and agility with which agile methods are ...
