A Volume-limited Sample of Ultracool Dwarfs. II. The Substellar Age and Mass Functions in the Solar Neighborhood

We present the most precise constraints to date for the mass and age distributions of single ultracool dwarfs in the solar neighborhood, based on an updated volume-limited sample of 504 L, T, and Y dwarfs within 25 pc.

Excitation‐Wavelength‐Tunable Lasing in Individual Quantum Dot Superparticles

Mesoscale superparticles assembled from CdSe quantum dots are shown to behave as microlasers with emission properties that can be tuned by changing the excitation wavelength. Abstract Microcavities enable precise control over light‐matter interactions, supporting a wide range of applications in photonics and optoelectronics.

Nonlinear Optical Microscopy of Semiconductor–Metal Nanocavities

Three‐dimensional nonlinear optical microscopy is used to visualize GaAs–gold hybrid nanocavities. By carefully selecting the pump wavelength to position the harmonic generation at the nanopillar resonance, an enhanced contrast is observed in the nonlinear imaging.

This study elucidates a novel SlJAZ8‐SlWRKY57‐SlAVT6A/SlAVT6B module that effectively channels metabolic flux from primary to secondary metabolism, impacting plant growth, development, and resistance. Two novel vacuolar amino acid exporters, SlAVT6A and SlAVT6B, fine‐tunes trichomes, terpenes, and gibberellins, bolstering spider mite resistance.
