The Mechanical Properties of the Covered Yarn
目的 芯糸にスパンデックスを用い, カバリング糸に無撚のビスコースレーヨンを用いた場合のカバード糸の収縮後のねじれ角, 破壊伸び率を理論的に求める. 成果 芯糸のドラフト比,送り速度デニール, カバリング糸の巻数のかわりにこれらにより自然に決定されるねじれ角を用いて表示をしてつぎの成果を得た. (1) 最初 (製造時) のねじれ角θaと収縮後のねじれ角θbの関係を求めて, これにより, 収縮後にカバリング糸がたるむ状態と, 引っ張られる状態の範囲をめいりょうにした. (2) カバード糸の破壊伸び率を, 芯糸とカバリング糸の破壊伸び率を基礎にして, 最初のねじれ角θaに対して示す方法を求めた.
