Cytochalasin Z11 inhibits RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis via suppressing NFATc1 activation
RSC Advances, 2019 CytoZ11 was demonstrated to inhibit RANKL-induced osteoclast formation and function by affecting NFATc1 activation. This is achieved by the suppression of c-Fos and NF-κB pathways. Therefore, CytoZ11 may serve as a promising therapy for osteoclast-related bone disorders.
