DC current control of a zero-sequence load using a diode rectifier for a three-phase four-wire motor drive system

open access: yesNihon Kikai Gakkai ronbunshu, 2020
This paper describes the active DC current control of a zero-sequence load using a diode rectifier for a three-phase four-wire motor drive system, intended for application to (for example) a three-phase motor with an axial magnetic bearing.

Flux Weakening Controller Design for Series-Winding Three-Phase PMSM Drive Systems

open access: yesWorld Electric Vehicle Journal, 2023
Series-winding three-phase PMSMs have a higher bus voltage utilization than the conventional three-phase PMSMs with star connection. This topology is suitable for applications with a limited bus voltage. However, the zero-sequence current controller will

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

IMPDH inhibition enhances cytarabine efficacy in SAMHD1‐expressing leukaemia cells via guanine nucleotide depletion

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Pilot Protection Based on Zero-Sequence Current Resistance-Capacitance Component for Large-Scale Inverter-Interfaced Power Stations

open access: yes, 2022
At present, zero-sequence current protection is generally used as the main protection for single-phase ground faults in resistance-grounded inverter power stations.

Identification and location method of asymmetric faults in coal mine power network

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2018
Three asymmetrical faults of singe-phase grounding, singe-phase line breakage and ferroresonance in coal mine power network are easily misjudged, and existing methods hardly identify the three faults correctly.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

DC Bus Current Harmonics of a Three-phase PWM Inverter with the Zero Sequence Injection

open access: yes, 2014
Power electronic converters connected to a dc bus are sources of undesirable harmonics towards the dc side due to an inherent high-frequency switching used for the power processing.

Polarization‐resolved femtosecond Vis/IR spectroscopy tailored for resolving weak signals in biological samples using minimal sample volume

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

Effective turn fault mitigation by creating zero sequence current path for a triple redundant 3x3-phase PMA SynRM [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Effective mitigation of excessive stator turn fault current is crucial for fault tolerant machine drives. In this paper, a simple and effective method is proposed for a triple redundant 3x3-phase permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance machine ...
