Efficacy of Intermittent Theta‐Burst Stimulation for Prolonged Disorders of Consciousness: A Prospective, Randomized, Controlled Trial

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Emerging evidence suggests that low‐frequency neural oscillations are dynamically regulated by consciousness levels, with the recovery of low cortical activity potentially serving as a neurophysiological substrate for conscious emergence. Targeted enhancement of these low‐frequency rhythms in patients with disorders of consciousness

Characteristics and Control Strategy of Cascaded SVG with Star-configuration Considering Negative-sequence Compensation

open access: yesKongzhi Yu Xinxi Jishu, 2013
This paper illustrated var and negative sequence comprehensive compensation principles of cascaded static var generator(SVG) with star-configuration. The mathematical expression of zero-sequence voltage was deduced, and subsequently zero-sequence voltage

Fault line selection method for earth faults occurred in different phases of two feeders connected to the same bus based on the ratio of zero-sequence admittance amplitude

open access: yes电力工程技术
When the earth faults occur in different phases of two feeders connected to the same bus in the resonant grounding system, the conventional fault line selection devices are inaccurate.

Quantifying the Impact of Ocrelizumab on Paramagnetic Rim Lesions in Multiple Sclerosis

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Paramagnetic rim lesions (PRLs) are a subset of chronic active multiple sclerosis (MS) lesions marked by iron‐laden microglia and macrophages. Ocrelizumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20+ B cells, suppresses acute MS activity, but its effect on PRLs remains unclear. In a longitudinal study of 29 ocrelizumab‐treated patients with at least

Research of Zero Sequence Current of Parallel System of PWM Rectifier

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2012
Taking two-level parallel system of PWM rectifier as example, the paper analyzed cause of zero sequence circulation in parallel module: the circulation is generated by difference of duty cycle of zero sequence current of two modules; generation of the ...

Online capacity detection of distribution transformers based on zero-sequence impedance curve matching

open access: yesFrontiers in Energy Research
Unauthorized tampering with distribution transformer nameplates poses significant economic and operational risks to power utilities, while conventional offline capacity detection methods require power outages and existing online short-circuit impedance ...

Preferences for post‐traumatic osteoarthritis prevention strategies in individuals with anterior cruciate ligament injury

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, Accepted Article.
Objectives There is growing interest in evaluating new strategies to delay or prevent post‐traumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA) in individuals who have sustained anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. This study sought to determine characteristics of potential treatments that are acceptable to patients with ACL injury.

Limits of zeros of polynomial sequences

open access: yes, 2007
In the present paper we consider $F_k(x)=x^{k}-\sum_{t=0}^{k-1}x^t,$ the characteristic polynomial of the $k$-th order Fibonacci sequence, the latter denoted $G(k,l).$ We determine the limits of the real roots of certain odd and even degree polynomials related to the derivatives and integrals of $F_k(x),$ that form infinite sequences of polynomials, of

Diffusion‐Weighted Imaging for the Evaluation of the Sacroiliac Joint in Pediatric Patients

open access: yesArthritis Care &Research, EarlyView.
Objective Maturational signal in the sacroiliac joint (SIJ) of skeletally immature youth is often misinterpreted as inflammation. Diagnostic tools that improve specificity are greatly needed. Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values from diffusion‐weighted imaging (DWI), when used with standard imaging, may enhance diagnostic accuracy.
