Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

A series of novel polyethyleneimine/graphene oxide (PEI@GO) membranes were prepared and their adsorptions for heavy metal ions in mixed solutions were examined. It was found that they had good sorption performances for Pb(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) in water.

Enhanced Adsorption of Zn(II) onto Graphene Oxides Investigated Using Batch and Modeling Techniques
Graphene oxide (GO) was synthesized and employed as an adsorbent for Zn(II) removal from an aqueous solution. The adsorption isotherms showed that Zn(II) adsorption can be better described using the Freundlich model than the Langmuir model.

Preparation of a Magnetic Composite Based on Cellulose Nanocrystals and Polyvinyl Alcohol and its Efficient Use for Removal of Nickel and Zinc Ions from Aqueous Solutions [PDF]
Heavy metals are harmful ions and their removal from wastewater has attracted a growing attention amongst the scientific researchers in current decade. In this study, pea peels were used as precursor to purify cellulose nanocrystals (CNCs).

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
