Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Hvordan kan rektors blogg være en mediator for skoleutvikling?
Bakgrunnen for denne oppgaven var den nye situasjonen med sosiale nettmedier og bruk av disse i skolen. Fokuset har vært på hvordan elever og lærere kan bruke disse i undervisningen, men siden forskning viser at rektor er helt sentral i innføringen av IKT i skolen, så valgte jeg å se på rektors bruk av ny teknologi og medium.
