Microfabrication of Soft Millirobots Propelled by Low Voltage Electrohydraulic Actuators
Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.Manual layer‐by‐layer assembly is replaced by wafer‐level MEMS batch fabrication for compliant polymer‐based electrohydraulic actuators. The microfabricated devices integrate sacrificially defined microcavities, Parylene‐C‐sealed inlets, and multilayer polymer–metal films.

Biodegradable and Edible Milli‐Fluidic Logic Circuits
Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.Fully biodegradable and edible fluidic circuits are developed using gelatin‐based valves that operate at low pressure. Logic gates, a one‐bit memory, and a ring oscillator are demonstrated, showing that biodegradable materials can perform computation and control.
