Advanced Science, EarlyView.Androgen receptor (AR) drives copper accumulation in prostate cancer while inducing MTF1 to buffer copper toxicity. EP300‐mediated lactylation of MTF1 at K218 promotes its nuclear translocation and metallothionein expression, sequestering cytosolic copper and preventing mitochondrial cuproptosis.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.MI/RI is a major clinical challenge with high morbidity and mortality. This study demonstrates that SR‐A3 expression is downregulated in MI/RI, and its deletion exacerbates damage via the USP18/ISG15/STING axis, revealing SR‐A3 as a potential therapeutic target.

Mechanistically, THSD7A regulates endothelial cell inflammation and atherosclerosis by activating the αvβ3/CEBPD/IL1A signaling axis.
