中药酸枣仁的药理作用及现代临床应用研究

在城市发展进程加快的形势下,人们生活压力明显增加。与此同时,焦虑、失眠的人数增多,影响人们的身体健康和生活质量。针对此,加强对改善睡眠功能植物的研究,逐渐成为医学领域重点关注的研究方向。在诸多具有改善睡眠作用的植物中,酸枣仁作为鼠李科植物酸枣的干燥成熟种子,具有补肝、宁心和安神的功效。酸枣仁,是中国国家卫生部颁发的第一批药食同源两用品。为了进一步明确重要酸枣仁的药理作用,本次研究主要以中药酸枣仁为例,分析了酸枣仁的药理作用,并探讨了酸枣仁在现代临床中的应用。
