荧光RT-PCR对乙型流感病毒爆发的检测

目的探讨荧光RT-PCR方法对乙型流感病毒爆发的诊断价值。方法采集暴发性疫情的流感样病例的咽拭子,提取病毒RNA,PCR方法分别检测甲型和乙型流感病毒的核酸。然后,对核酸检测阳性标本进行MDCK培养,经红细胞凝集和凝集抑制试验对病毒进行鉴定和分型。结果 18份咽拭子中15份乙型流感病毒核酸呈阳性,甲型流感病毒未检出;15份乙型流感病毒核酸阳性标本经MDCK培养,9份标本发生细胞病变,经鉴定和分型,都属于乙型流感病毒Victoria系。结论 RT-PCR方法对乙型流感病毒爆发的检测具有快速 ...

据不完全统计,全球已有3亿活动性乙型肝炎患者,并有40%的慢性感染者已在成年死于乙型肝炎的后遗症——肝硬化和肝细胞肝癌。乙型肝炎的病理主要是免疫损伤,对其治疗就较为困难,由此,对乙型肝炎的予防尤为重要。 一、乙型肝炎病毒的微生物基础 乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)是双股环形DNA病毒。为嗜肝病毒。HBV在外界环境具有较强的抵抗力。对热、低温、干燥、紫外线一般消毒浓度的化学消毒剂均能耐受。HBV对0.5%过氧乙酸、3%漂白粉、0.2%新洁尔灭敏感。
