jck多囊肾小鼠肾囊泡上皮细胞MAPK信号通路上调

目的通过研究MAPK信号通路在多囊肾囊泡上皮细胞的调控,探讨多囊肾病的发病机制。方法以常染色体隐性遗传病jck多囊肾小鼠为模型,采用Western印迹法评价MAPK信号通路在jck多囊肾小鼠肾脏的表达和磷酸化调控。结果 jck多囊肾小鼠肾囊泡上皮细胞MAPK信号通路蛋白H-Ras、p-Raf、p-MEK、pERK、c-fos水平上调。结论 MAPK信号通路参与jck多囊肾小鼠肾囊泡的发生发展,提示MAPK通路可作为治疗多囊肾病的药物靶点。
