Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2019 目的分析儿童腹泻病人中金黄色葡萄球菌(Sau.)的检出率及致病性。方法对比儿童(就诊于儿科)和成人腹泻病人便培养结果,分析细菌谱构成和Sau检出率(其中儿童335例,成人1682例);进一步将儿童腹泻病人便培养检出的Sau进行肠毒素(SEs)和肠毒素基因(ses)检测。借此分析Sau在儿童腹泻中发挥的作用。结果 Sau在儿童腹泻病人中的检出率显著高于成人;儿童腹泻患者粪便中检出的Sau其肠毒素(SEs)表达率为(58.82%),SEs基因携带率亦为58.82%。结论 Sau与儿童腹泻密切相关 ...
