肝细胞癌(HCC)是世界上第六大常见癌症[1],也是导致癌症相关死亡的第三大常见原因,一些生物标志物已被报道为肝癌的肿瘤标志物,例如α-胎蛋白(AFP)、甲胎蛋白异质体(AFP-L3)和des-γ-羧基凝血酶原(DCP)[2-3]。本实验通过免疫印迹、免疫组化方法分析AFP-L3在肝癌的表达水平,从而为肝癌的诊断提供辅助检查。
