动物园圈养野生禽类H5亚型禽流感疫苗免疫后抗体水平研究

为研究动物园圈养野生禽类高致病性禽流感疫苗免疫后的抗体水平,本文以雉鸡、缅甸鹦鹉、原鸡、蓝孔雀、白鸽为研究对象,接种H5亚型禽流感灭活油乳剂疫苗,利用禽流感血凝及血凝抑制试验,分别在首免日、免疫后21 d、30 d、60 d、120 d和180 d监测禽流感免疫抗体变化。结果表明5组禽类均在疫苗接种后产生禽流感抗体,当30 d加强免疫后,第60 d抗体达到峰值,120 d后抗体开始下降。通过研究,证实商品化疫苗对动物园圈养野生禽类有效,同时提出圈养野生禽类的高致病性禽流感免疫程序 ...
