溶剂累积逆流再生粉末活性炭的研究

采用溶剂多级逆流法再生吸附饱和的粉末活性炭,筛选出最佳再生剂,优化了再生条件,并分析了溶剂逆流再生的影响因素。结果表明,有机再生剂的再生效果均优于无机再生剂,并以甲醇的再生效果最佳,甲醇的最佳再生时间为30 min,在较低的再生固液比下,PAC的再生率可达75%;在相同再生固液比下,甲醇二级逆流再生的效果高于一级再生,且PAC的再生率随再生次数的增大而逐渐降低,随再生温度的升高而逐渐增大。

活性炭吸附膜浓水再生方法的比较

研究了活性炭吸附膜浓水的穿透曲线,并针对吸附饱和的活性炭,考察了超声再生、热再生、化学再生、电化学再生4种常用再生方式的再生效率和再生次数。结果表明电化学再生具有相对较高的再生效率和相对稳定的再生效果,其最高再生效率为87.5%,采用该方法进行4次再生后效率仍有60%。

软化器的节水

软化器是工厂企业主要耗水设备之一,为了做好软化器的节水工作,建议采取下述几项措施。1 将软化器顺流再生改为逆流再生有许多工厂企业目前使用的仍是顺流运行顺流再生软化器。如果将现有的顺流再生软化器改为逆流再生,可以节约软化器再生时的耗水量。软化器改为逆流再生后,可以免去大反洗过程,而以加再生液代替反洗。由于逆流再生的再生剂利用率高,废液量小,浓度低,正洗时间缩短,再生耗水量比顺流再生时可降低50%。直径1米的软化器再生一次可节水30米3。加之由于逆流再生工作周期延长。再生次数减少,节水量相当可观。
