分析了pH对颗粒活性炭(GAC)吸附苯酚性能的影响。实验选择质量分数为1% NaOH溶液,采用微波辅助溶液再生的方法,对吸附苯酚的GAC进行再生研究,探讨实验因素对GAC再生效率的影响。实验结果表明:最佳的再生条件为微波功率520 W、再生时间1.5 min、NaOH再生辅助溶液用量10 mL,此时GAC再生效率为95.6%。在最佳再生条件下,经过6次再生后GAC的吸附能力依然很强。

再生水厂利用城市污水处理厂二级出水作为再生水的水源,采用二级曝气生物滤池+纤维球过滤工艺对污水处理厂二级出水进行处理,处理后出水作为再生水进行回用。由于来水水质的制约,严重影响了再生水厂的中水再生能力,通过改变再生水厂来水水源,将二级曝气生物滤池串联运行改为并联运行,提高了再生水厂的处理能力,降低再生水成本。

探讨了饱和吸附氨氮天然沸石的再生机理和最佳化学再生条件。结果表明,沸石的再生存在2个途径:碱性溶液对NH4+的解吸,以及碱性溶液对沸石表面形态的改变。饱和吸附沸石的最佳再生条件:NaOH质量分数为4%,再生时间4 h,再生温度60 ℃。沸石经过25次再生后,吸附能力保持在85.2%,每次再生平均丢失0.6%,具有工业应用的可行性。
