Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2017 目的主要是为了评估高风险子痫前期妊娠期高血压患者的临床危险因素,另外还评估了子痫前期与妊娠期高血压的发病率以及复发率。方法采用队列研究获得相关数据进行分析,实验选取的孕妇包括至少含有以下一种子痫前期高风险因素:具有子痫前期的病史、临床上妊娠综合症病史、慢性高血压、糖尿病、多胎妊娠、肥胖或自身免疫性疾病。用多变量和单变量逻辑回归分析来评价高血压疾病发展过程中的临床特点和风险因素。结果 32.7%（36/110）的人患有高血压疾病,单变量分析得出子痫前期在怀孕之前是一个重要的高风险因素（OR 2.75,95%
