Impact of G‐CSF on Donor TCR Clonal Diversity and T Cell Function During Donor HSC Mobilisation

In this study, we found that G‐CSF mobilisation caused a reduction in TCR clonal diversity and down‐regulation of T‐cell function in donors. Analysis of effect of vital signs measurement training for nurses

[目的]通过生命体征培训基地对低年资护士进行培训,提高护士正确操作能力。[方法]建立生命体征培训基地,制订培训内容,对工作1年内58名护士有计划地进行生命体征测量的考核,针对存在问题,及时进行培训。比较护士培训前后考核成绩差异。[结果]护士培训前考核成绩均不合格,培训后生命体征测量考核良好11人,优秀25人,特优秀22人。[结论]通过培训规范了低年资护士临床测量生命体征的操作行为,提高了护士测量生命体征的准确性,为病人治疗提供了更可靠的生命体征数据。
