东北汉族人群抵抗素基因rs1862513（G/C）多态性与2型糖尿病相关性研究
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2017 目的探讨东北汉族抵抗素基因rs1862513（G/C）位点与2型糖尿病发病及临床表型相关性。方法应用连接酶反应分型法检测79例2型糖尿病患者及79例正常对照者rs1862513（G/C）多态性。结果 2型糖尿病组和对照组抵抗素rs1862513（G/C）位点基因型分布分别为GG49.5%、GC44.3%、CC6.2%和GG40.2%、GC47.4%、CC12.4%;等位基因频率分别为G型71.6%、C 28.4%和G型63.9%、C型36.1%,该位点的基因型分布和等位基因频率在两组间分布均无统计学意义（
