摘 要 为了评价增殖细胞核抗原( PCN A)表达和DN A含量在研究腮腺混合瘤细胞增殖活性中的价值, 对60 例良性无复发、复发和恶性腮腺混合瘤用PCN A免疫组化染色技术和流式细胞测量术作PCNA测定和 DN A含量测量。结果显示PCNA表达在各组间和高S期细胞比率( S PF)在无复发和复发组间有显著差异;恶性 混合瘤组与良性无复发组或复发组间有显著差异; PCN A表达与高SPF呈显著性正相关关系。提示PCN A表达 和DN A含量均能反映良恶性混合瘤细胞增殖活性 ...

宫颈癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,长期以来困扰女性的生命健康,全球每年超过50万女性被诊断为宫颈癌,导致每年30万人死亡[1]。25%-61%的患者在初次治疗后复发,复发时间通常在初治后的两到三年内[2-3]。宫颈癌复发患者预后差,是导致宫颈癌患者死亡的主要原因。复发后的治疗需根据病变部位及初次治疗方式选择,增加了治疗的难度和复杂性。

复合因素导致复发性流产1例

复发性流产(RSA)指3次或3次以上在妊娠28周之前的胎儿丢失,包括原发性和继发性[1-2]。目前研究表明反复流产的发生与遗传因素、免疫因素、血栓性疾病、内分泌紊乱有关。而胚胎染色体错误占反复自然流产的50%-60%[3-4]。但具体发病机制尚未完全阐明,可能由多种因素共同导致。妊娠合并全血细胞减少及获得性易栓症临床罕见,现报道反复胎死宫内合并全血细胞减少1例。

一种基于经验分布的大地震复发概率计算方法

以历史重演原则和构造类比原则为基础,提出了一种基于经验分布的大地震复发概率计算方法,该方法不作任何复发概率分布的强假定,直接通过对大量地震序列数据的蒙特卡罗随机抽样来模拟未来大地震的复发规律,进而统计得到未来一段时间内的大地震发生概率,并以鲜水河断裂带炉霍段和道孚段为实例,利用本文给出的复发概率计算方法得出炉霍段和道孚段未来50年大地震发生概率分别为0.15和0.31。
