外泌体环状RNA诱导HK-2细胞凋亡在感染性休克AKI中的研究

目的 探究外泌体环状RNA诱导HK-2细胞凋亡在感染性休克相关性急性肾损伤的作用机制。方法 分为感染性休克相关性急性肾损伤患者组和健康人对照组,采集血标本。检测外泌体标记蛋白,鉴定出两组外泌体,对外泌体环状RNA进行实时PCR分析。对两组的HK-2细胞进行凋亡检测。结果 10例感染性休克AKI入院患者,10例健康人对照。鉴定表面外泌体标记蛋白包括HSP70和TSG101。两组均鉴定出外泌体。与对照组相比,感染性休克AKI组circ-Ttc3 ...
