四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2005 用从100个10mers随机引物中筛选出的13个具有特异多态性引物对黑子南瓜种质资源遗传多态性进行了RAPD(RandomamplifiedpolymorphicDNA)分析.结果表明,RAPD对中国南瓜种、印度南瓜种、美洲南瓜种及黑子南瓜种的分类与传统分类学的结果相符.我国现有栽培黑子南瓜在DNA水平上的同源性极高,种质资源的遗传变异度较小,多样性水平较低,不如其它三个南瓜种多态性丰富.
