四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2003 作者利用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术,对重楼属植物11个种的遗传多样性进行了分析.12个引物共扩增出86条带,其中有82条(95 3%)表现出多态性,说明重楼属植物有很高的遗传多样性.用UPGMA法则构建分子系统树,并把11个种划分为6组.

MDR1基因+3435C/T基因型单核苷酸多态性对硼替佐咪治疗的多发性骨髓瘤预后的影响

四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2014 用寡核苷酸多态性基因分型(Spoligotyping)对2008年1月至2010年10月间采集的211株结核分枝杆菌临床分离株进行基因分型,然后对北京型结核分枝杆菌VNTR位点的多态性进行检测.选用的12个VNTR位点存在较高的基因多态性,该12位点组合分辨能力(HGI=0.99985)高于标准的VNTR-12位点组合(HGI=0.99546),其中多态性较高的7位点组合HGI指数为0.99977.因此,7位点组合可以作为四川地区北京家族分枝杆菌的一线分型方法.
