Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是孕妇在妊娠期间发生或首次出现的糖代谢异常,其发病时间主要在孕中期及孕晚期。GDM患者在不同妊娠阶段中血清代谢物谱存在一定的差异,可能是鉴别GDM在不同妊娠阶段的潜在标志物,且其代谢差异主要表现磷脂代谢途径上[1-2]。研究表明[3],医学营养治疗中妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的依从度影响了母儿的妊娠结局,需改进营养指导,以增加其对医学营养治疗的依从性,从而改善妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的妊娠结局。近年来,GDM作为临床上常见的多发病,患病率也逐年升高,因此对于妊娠期糖尿病的关注也越来越高[4]。
