目的通过一组急性肺脓肿导致的支气管动脉扩张病例的多层螺旋CT影像观察,探讨急性肺脓肿时病变发生部位对肺部侧枝血液循环的影响。方法回顾性分析30例急性肺脓肿的病例影像及临床资料,根据病变的影像分布部位与肺门的关系将病例分为肺门相关组及非相关组,分析支气管动脉扩张在急性肺脓肿中的作用。结果在本组病例中,发生支气管动脉扩张17例,其中肺门相关组15例,非相关组2例,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.147P=0.002)。结论急性肺脓肿时病变发生部位与肺门关系密切时更易导致肺部侧枝循环开放。
