孕妇甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体及促甲状腺素筛查结果分析

目的：对于妊娠早期的孕妇实施促甲状腺激素（TSH）以及过氧化物酶抗体（TPOAb）的检查，对其结果进行详细的分析以及研究。方法：选择在我院进行诊断以及治疗的患者 263 例（妊娠时间为 20~24 周），对这些患者使用放射免疫法进行检测，并利用化学发光法检测相应的 TSH。结果：在这些检查的患者当中，存在 27 例的孕妇 TPOAb 属于阳性，在 27例 TPOAb 阳性孕妇当中存在 6 例孕妇出现了 TSH 异常（占据 22.2％）。TPOAb 阴性的孕妇为 236 例，TSH 异常的孕妇为 2 例 ...
