Huli yanjiu, 1991 护理事业发展缓慢和当前护理工作滑坡的现象,在很大程度上应归咎于护理工作缺乏继续教育的机制所致。然而护理继续教育的机制不能有效地建立和完善,关键在于对护理工作是否需要进行继续教育的思想观念还没有在有关部门和领导及相当一部分人们头脑中确立所致。笔者通过对13所医院1066名受过中等专业教育的护理工作者的调查表明,毕业后受继续教育的仅占9％,这不能不说是障碍护理事业发展的一个问题。
