针对转子振动信号非线性较强的特性,将多重分形理论引入到转子振动故障信号的特征提取与识别当中,系统介绍了小波变换模极大值求取多重分形谱及其参数的方法,且对该方法进行了改进,消除了振动噪声信号对多重分形计算过程的干扰,提高了计算结果的准确度;同时,提出了广义维数偏差因子的概念。通过试验证明,将多重分形谱参数与广义维数偏差因子相结合,可以实现转子正常振动信号、不对中故障振动信号以及不平衡故障振动信号的分离。研究内容为旋转机械转子部件的状态监测与故障诊断提供了一种新的方法。
