Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2009 目的为鉴定伤寒沙门菌的耐药性获得与整合子之间的关系,确定该菌抗性基因扩散的可能机制。方法我们选取32株多药耐药的伤寒沙门菌株提取全基因组DNA,扩增整合子,并以此作为模板检测抗性基因。结果以伤寒沙门菌基因组DNA为模板有81.2%的菌株,能够扩增出相应整合子的目的片段。具有四环素抗性、氨苄青霉素抗性和复方磺胺抗性的样品,以其扩增产物作为模板全部能扩增出相应抗性基因suⅡ、blaTEM-1和tetG。结论伤寒沙门菌的抗性基因是整合在Ⅰ类整合子中的,故整合子的转移应是伤寒沙门菌抗性基因传递的一种主要途径。

Gaoya dianqi, 2022 绝缘子的选型设计对支撑式换流阀塔至关重要。文中介绍了±535 k V电压等级支柱复合绝缘子的选型设计过程，包括芯体和伞套的成型工艺选择以及绝缘子的外绝缘设计(爬电距离和干弧距离计算)等。将所选型的支柱复合绝缘子用于±535 kV支撑式换流阀塔，通过阀塔整体的耐压试验和抗震仿真，验证了按照此过程所选型的支柱复合绝缘子在绝缘性能和结构强度上可满足使用要求。
