Unveiling Temperature‐Dependent Corrosion Behaviors of FeNiCrMoCBY Amorphous Alloy Coatings In Spent‐Fuel Storage Environments

ABSTRACT A comparative study was performed to elucidate the temperature‐dependent corrosion kinetics and the semiconductor/structural characteristics of the passive film formed on Fe40Ni7Cr17Mo12C13B9Y2 (at%) amorphous alloy coatings. The results indicate that increasing temperature accelerates the corrosion kinetics of the coating.

伤寒沙门菌多药耐药株的整合子及抗性基因检测

目的为鉴定伤寒沙门菌的耐药性获得与整合子之间的关系,确定该菌抗性基因扩散的可能机制。方法我们选取32株多药耐药的伤寒沙门菌株提取全基因组DNA,扩增整合子,并以此作为模板检测抗性基因。结果以伤寒沙门菌基因组DNA为模板有81.2%的菌株,能够扩增出相应整合子的目的片段。具有四环素抗性、氨苄青霉素抗性和复方磺胺抗性的样品,以其扩增产物作为模板全部能扩增出相应抗性基因suⅡ、blaTEM-1和tetG。结论伤寒沙门菌的抗性基因是整合在Ⅰ类整合子中的,故整合子的转移应是伤寒沙门菌抗性基因传递的一种主要途径。

风沙灾害带来的输电线路故障中线路绝缘子风偏、连接金具磨损等问题尤为突出。笔者从复合绝缘子伞裙和金具两方面展开抗风性能本质提升方法研究。首先在复合绝缘子伞裙部分研究引入新型高聚物环氧材料,开展了材料选型和改性研究,具备优异电气绝缘性能、耐老化性能和较高的机械性能,有效解决大风沙尘对复合绝缘子伞裙的损伤难题。然后对于绝缘子金具,采用添加抗磨损涂层的方式提升机械性能。通过溶胶-涂覆法在抛光后的金具表面制备保护型涂层,以Al2O3为主要涂层,ZrO2为改善层,制备了不同层数的复合涂层 ...
