综述了近年来国内外稀土氧化物掺杂改性ZnO-Bi2O3(Zn-Bi)基压敏陶瓷的研究进展(2012年至2024年)。适量掺杂稀土氧化物可明显地减小Zn-Bi基压敏陶瓷的晶粒尺寸,并且使陶瓷晶粒尺寸大小分布均匀,提高陶瓷的致密度,可以有效地调控Zn-Bi基压敏陶瓷的综合性能和微观结构,可以显著地提高Zn-Bi基压敏陶瓷的电位梯度、降低漏电流密度、增大非线性系数等。掺杂1.2 mol% Y2O3的Zn-Bi基压敏陶瓷具有最好的综合电性能,电压梯度为2113 V/mm,非线性系数为184.6,漏电流密度为0 ...
