Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban目的探究血浆趋化因子CCL3水平在感染性疾病中的诊断价值。方法选择2023年7月至2023年10月在广东省人民医院住院/门诊就诊患者，其中经临床诊断为感染性疾病患者纳入感染组，健康查体或非感染性疾病患者纳入对照组，剔除不符合要求样本，取其血常规的残余血标本，检测血浆中CCL3水平，分析感染患者和非感染患者的白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞计数（NEUT）、嗜酸性粒细胞计数（EOS）等血常规指标及血浆CCL3水平，评估CCL3在感染性疾病中的临床诊断价值。结果总计纳入257例，其中感染组167例 ...
