采用等转化率法研究了2, 4, 6-三(羟基苯甲基氨基)-均三嗪(MFP)与双酚A型环氧树脂(DGEBA)在等温和非等温条件下的固化反应行为,两种条件下MFP/DGEBA固化反应的表观活化能(Eα)均随转化率(α)增加呈先减后增的趋势(α= 0.25时取得最小值).由于仲胺基和酚羟基对环氧基反应的不等活性,非等温固化反应时两种反应先后发生,形成Triazine-NCH2-CH(OH)-结构后,再形成ArO-CH2-CH(OH)-结构并产生交联,前后两阶段Eα分别为69.8、86.8 kJ • mol-1.

合成了一种含氮固化剂2,4,6-三(羟基苯基亚甲基胺)-均三嗪(MFP)和两种结构不同的含磷环氧树脂(FD、ED), 经红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析等表征,证实了其化学结构.用MFP固化FD和ED制得了新型无卤阻燃的环氧树脂.用DSC测定了固化物玻璃化转变温度(Tg),用TGA表征了其热性能,UL-94垂直燃烧试验表征了其阻燃性能.结果表明,所得含磷氮的无卤阻燃环氧树脂具有较高的玻璃化转变温度,优良的热稳定性,初始分解温度高达300 ℃以上,在850 ℃下的残炭率达到了27%以上,阻燃性能均达到了 UL-
