本工作对锌精矿加压氧化酸浸过程中元素硫的行为进行了研究。考察了添加剂用量、搅拌速度、温度、酸度、时间等操作参数对硫的粒度分布,硫与渣的作用,硫的表面形态以及学选回收的影响。探讨研究了添加剂、搅拌速度对浸取过程及硫行为影响的原因。得出了浸取操作较适应的条件。对原料组成对硫行为的影响进行了研究。结果表明,铁氧化物水解沉淀及酸钙冶淀易于被硫粘附,而铅铁矾则否。渣在硫表面的存在有利于硫的分散,不利于硫的回收。通过对木质素磺酸钠在锌精矿、元素硫及浸取渣上的吸附性质及吸附对它们表面动电位的影响的研究 ...

本论文以合成高效、低成本析氧电催化剂为研究目的,以Ir基氧化物作为研究对象,主要结果如下:以氨基修饰的分子筛为模板,合成了具有高的比表面积与总孔容的IrO2纳米棒。相比Adams熔融法制备的IrO2与商业化的IrO2,其析氧活性与稳定性都得到了明显的提升。将分子筛模板法扩展应用于二元Ir-Ru氧化物的制备。随着Ru含量的增加,产物从独立的纳米棒转变为纳米棒簇的结构,其析氧活性也随之增加。以表面活性剂三嵌段聚合物作为软模板,辅助合成了高效的Ir-Sn氧化物析氧电催化剂。发现Sn的加入,模板剂使用量与类别 ...
