亚洲临床医学杂志, 2020 目的：探讨推拿配合中医话疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法：收集符合临床研究范围的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组予以口服塞来昔布胶囊治疗，观察组予以推拿配合中医话疗治疗。治疗2个疗程后观察对比两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）。结果：治疗前，两组患者一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。两疗程治疗结束后，观察组的VAS、HAMA分数显著低于对照组 (P＜0.001)。结论 ...
